Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Once your item has been received it will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 10 days.

Items are to be returned at your own cost, tracked delivery.

Returns Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send it back to the address above within 14 days, once received the item will be inspected and a replacement or full refund will be given.

Exchanges

These can be made in store or contact us at sarah@boudiccaboutique.com to exchange.

All returns are at the customer's own cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at sarah@boudiccaboutique.co.uk.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
